Ladies,

You’ve written, you left comments. You all are amazing. You have all been so kind. So sweet. And though I’m still overwhelmed, and, let’s be honest, tipsy from the party, I’ll have plenty to say soon, but, gosh, you all are wonderful. Update: Here ya go.

I promise to post pictures and thoughts and everything else on Saturday…or Sunday. .. you know, it happens to be the weekend and all..

But, I’m so proud to say, we turned my ‘watching party’ tonight into a benefit that raised a lot of money for a great cause!

:) Even though I couldn’t make the party, I got thoroughly chewed out for watching tv for an hour at work to watch the show with you, from a distance.

I was squealing and near crying the entire time. I’d love to talk to you again some time.

Amanda, I thought you were wonderful on the show! Honest, accepting, open to recovering your authentic self, which I found to be a pretty awesome person. You shed some crusty old layers that had been weighing you down since your prior experience and you emerged shining and clear. Good on you, girl! You have such a wonderful, happy, generous personality. I’m glad I took the time to find this site so I could tell you how much I enjoyed “meeting” you through the show.

Much happiness and joy and light to you! (Yeah, I’m kind of woo-woo, but that’s me!)

Rose, I’m ALWAYS ‘woo-hoo’ so I’m right there with you, girl! Thanks so much for taking the time to find me here.

Leon, glad you could make the party via the TV!

    Amanda -
I just watched your ep of WNTW that I’d Tivoed, I had to hunt you down online and say – you rock, girlfriend! I’m so happy for you, that you feel as fabulous on the outside as on the inside. You totally deserve it!

Amanda, just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your episode of What Not to Wear. You were so open and honest with your experience. You have a great soul and a super job and are so articulate and genuine. No pretension. You have a dynamic personality and now the fantastic exterior to match the interior. Way to go girl! Wishing you the best of continued success in your personal and professional life.

Thanks so much! You have no idea how much the kind words and comments mean to me. I’m just floored!

    Hello Amanda,

I hope you are feeling well.

I am from Hungary which is a little country in the heart of Europe so my English is not so good.
In spite of that I would like to tell you that you was awesome in the show which is called ‘What not to wear’. I love that series; Stacy and Clinton play a perfect ‘rule’ in it and it is very interesting to see how people are changed by new hairstyles, make-up and of course new dresses.

Over here we always get the new things much later because of it I can see you just now in that show. Of course I have watched that episode with Hungarian dub despite I think you are a very frank, sensitive and adorable person and at the end of the programme you became much more beautiful. :)

You told you had a blog so I have decided I am visiting you of course in virtual space. I used Google to find you and I managed it.

I am just an average boy, I don’t understand the fashion but I like the nice things and I wanted to write my thought concerning that episode.
I hope everything is OK with you nowadays, too.

    All the best.
    Balazs
